Job summary

Strada is seeking a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist to support the German payroll lifecycle from a remote Krakow-based role. You will handle end-to-end payroll tasks, coach colleagues, and contribute to process improvements in a multinational environment.

The position requires 3-4 years of payroll experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. German language skills are a plus, with benefits supporting remote work and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years relevant experience administering payroll in HR consulting, outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
• Strong collaboration and independence while following processes.

Responsibilities

• Support German payroll end-to-end per defined standards and client requirements.
• Conduct RCA when issues arise and implement mitigating actions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support Change Requests when deviations occur.
• Understand standard and client-specific payroll reports and year-end requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and system updates.
• Provide responses to team and client payroll questions and support Go-Lives.
