Qualifications

• 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in HR outsourcing or corporate environment
• Fluent English & German skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team or independently while adhering to processes

Responsibilities

• Support German payroll end-to-end according to defined standards and client requirements
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive mitigating actions on client escalations
• Identify upsell opportunities and support change requests within contract scope
• Understand payroll reports and statutory year-end reporting needs
• Maintain knowledge of legislation and payroll procedures; assist in project go-lives and implementations
