Job summary

Strada is seeking a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist with German to support end-to-end payroll activities for German payroll life cycle, while coaching colleagues and driving process improvements.

The role requires 3–4 years of payroll experience, fluent English and German (B2+), and strong MS Office skills. Remote work options and multinational development opportunities are offered by Strada.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
• Fluent English and German skills (B2 minimum).
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support German payroll and payroll team end-to-end according to standards and client requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to resolve client escalations.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support Change Request processes when contractually defined scope changes.
• Assist in estimating and implementing changes as needed.
• Understand payroll reports and year-end reporting needs per client contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and system updates while supporting the payroll road map.
