Strada is hiring a German Payroll Senior Associate in a remote Poland role. The position focuses on end-to-end payroll processing for international clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across the payroll cycle.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, HRIS experience (Workday, Oracle, SAP), and 2–3 years of payroll experience within HR outsourcing or corporate settings. A collaborative, detail-oriented professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Accounting/HR/Business Admin) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of payroll or health & welfare/benefits experience in HR outsourcing or corporate settings.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday, SSFF, Oracle).
• ERP experience with SAP preferred or alternatives like A3 or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end-to-end to defined standards and client needs.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling with BI tools.
• Utilize hrX suite for payroll activities and related tasks.
• Review payslips and payroll data for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll reports and support year-end reporting.
