Job summary

Strada in Poland (Remote) seeks a German Payroll Senior Associate to join our global workforce. You will independently process payroll end-to-end, ensure accuracy, and support SOC1 controls while aligning with client requirements and payroll calendars.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years' payroll experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international environment. Remote work flexibility and continuous learning are supported at Strada.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, HR, Business Administration.
• 2–3 years relevant Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits experience in HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SSFF, Oracle; ERP knowledge: SAP or PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues using BI tools to meet defined timelines.
• Understand and interpret payslips and payroll calendars.
• Identify deviations from standard service scope and support change requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and produce client-specific payroll reports.
