Job summary

Strada seeks a Germany Payroll Senior Specialist (SAP Payroll) to join our global team. Based remotely from Poland, you will lead payroll implementations, ensure accuracy, and support clients across multiple countries.

You will leverage SAP Payroll, Workday, and PeopleSoft to deliver compliant payroll services, manage risks, and drive process improvements while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Expert knowledge on payroll processes, practices and associated legislation.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and ensure information accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support the Sales process to assess feasibility and flag concerns early.
• Provide daily functional support to ensure successful payroll deliveries.
• Manage year-end deadlines and resolve issues escalated by the team.
