Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a solutions-focused specialist to own customer relationships from start to finish. You will translate requirements into scalable platform configurations, work with cross-functional teams and lead key migrations to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will engage with customers through meetings across regions, provide technical guidance, and help expand Thinkproject’s platform adoption while continuously improving services and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Fluent English required for international meetings and documentation.
• Strong understanding of web-based technologies and architectures.
• Excellent communication, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements and projects.
• In-depth programming skills noted as advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Client ownership to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Conduct national and international meetings, communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and resolve complex problems.
• Configure software solutions with Solution Specialists and estimate project efforts.
• Build long-term customer relationships to support growth.
• Lead customer projects using project management best practices.
• Support deployment, data migration, and integration with customer environments.
• Provide training sessions so end-users can effectively use the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Gather feedback and contribute to product improvements and knowledge sharing.
