Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a skilled Solutions Specialist to be a trusted technical partner, owning relationships end to end and translating complex requirements into scalable solutions. You will drive migration projects and grow into senior roles within Professional Services as you expand your expertise and impact.

You will engage with clients nationally and internationally, define platform requirements, configure software, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of web-based technologies and modern software concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies; willingness to learn.
• In-depth programming skills relevant to building and integrating solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Conduct national and international client meetings, communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Define platform requirements with customers and provide technical consulting to resolve issues.
• Configure software solutions with Solution Specialists and estimate project efforts.
• Build long-term trust-based relationships to support business growth.
• Lead and manage customer projects using standard project management practices.
• Support deployment, data migrations, and system configurations in customer environments.
• Conduct customer training sessions to enable end-users.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Collect feedback and contribute to product improvements and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Client Ownership & Satisfaction: Manage a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
• Project Development & Support: Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
• Solution Configuration & Delivery: Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Long-term Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support ongoing business growth.
• Project Management: Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.
• Technical Implementation & Deployment: Support software deployment, ensuring seamless integration with customer environments, including data migration and system configurations.
• Training & Enablement: Conduct customer training sessions to ensure end-users can effectively utilise the platform and adopt best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements, best practice documentation, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What you need to fulfill the role

• Experience level - 3 to 7 years
• Fluent English Language skills are mandatory
• Previous experience in a solution specialistrole in construction industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of web-based technologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborative
