Job summary
Thinkproject is seeking a Solution Specialist to support clients in their digitalization journey for construction projects. You will help design, configure, and implement technical solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success through thorough testing and documentation.
The role requires fluency in German and English, strong database and Windows/Microsoft tech skills, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional project delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience configuring and implementing software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle databases and XML.
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and IIS.
- Ability to document procedures precisely and work in a team.
Responsibilities
- Configure and install the application to align with customer requirements.
- Implement tailored technical solutions and perform testing/QA.
- Track issues and collaborate with development to deliver fixes.
- Assist in solution design and modify implementations as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for projects.
- Provide expert technical support to consulting teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
