Job summary

Thinkproject in Warsaw seeks a senior solutions specialist to own client relationships and translate complex requirements into scalable platform solutions. You will drive migrations, train customers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, fluent German, and a willingness to travel. Hybrid work arrangements and international meetings are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language as mandatory.
• Experience with web-based technologies and software platform migrations.

Responsibilities

• Client Ownership & Satisfaction: Manage a defined customer base, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Project Development & Support: Define platform requirements and provide technical consulting.
• Solution Configuration & Delivery: Configure software solutions with Solution Specialists and estimate effort.
• Long-term Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships to support growth.
• Project Management: Lead customer projects using PM best practices.
• Technical Implementation & Deployment: Support deployment and data migration, ensure integration.
• Training & Enablement: Conduct customer training for effective platform use.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align solutions with needs across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS.
