Qualifications
- Fluent German and English mandatory; French appreciated.
- Databases SQL Server and Oracle.
- Scripting with PowerShell.
- Microsoft technologies Windows Server, IIS, COM+, XML.
Responsibilities
- Configure and install the application per customer requirements.
- Implement tailored technical solutions.
- Test and QA procedures from a user perspective.
- Track issues and collaborate with development teams for quick solutions.
- Assist consultants in designing customized solutions.
- Modify and troubleshoot implemented solutions as needed.
- Serve as a technical advisor for consulting teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Handle complex support requests in collaboration with the support teams.
