Thinkproject is seeking a Solution Specialist to support clients on their digitalization journey for construction projects. You will help develop and implement tailored technical solutions, configure the application, and ensure successful deployments.
Fluent German and English are mandatory; French is a plus. You will work in a hybrid setup with remote options, and benefit from Thinkproject Academy, flexible hours, and continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory; French is appreciated.
- Prerequisites: databases SQL Server and Oracle; scripting PowerShell.
- Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, IIS, COM+; XML.
Responsibilities
- Application configuration and installation.
- Implementation of tailored technical solutions.
- Testing and quality assurance of customized solutions.
- Issue tracking and solution improvement.
- Support in solution design with consultants.
- Solution modification and troubleshooting with the team.
- Serve as a technical advisor for consulting teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Resolve complex support requests with the support teams.
