Job summary

Fluent English and German (C1) are required, plus experience in technical support or customer service. You will use MS Office and Windows daily, demonstrate attention to detail, and work well in a team while handling multiple tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Using the knowledge base to resolve problems and identify gaps
• Coordinating and following up on Service Requests
