UPM is seeking an HR Specialist, German Speaker, to join our Global HR Services in Zabierzów, Kraków area, Poland. You will support local units in employment life-cycle tasks, collaborate with payroll/providers, and advise on HR processes using ServiceNow and Workday.

The role requires fluent German and English, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and enthusiasm for HR. We offer relocation support to Kraków, hybrid work, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience or interest in HR is desirable.
• Comfort with HR software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support local UPM units in administrative tasks related to the employment life-cycle and benefits.
• Co-operate with HR business partners, payroll, and benefits providers.
• Provide HR process guidance via ServiceNow, phone and chat.
• Maintain employee data in Workday.
• Prepare HR documents and reports.
• Participate in HR projects based on needs/interests.
