Job summary

QVC Group in Kraków is seeking an HR Services Administrator with German to join our hybrid team on-site three to five times monthly. You will process HR transactions, manage German lifecycle activities, and document policies while ensuring SLA-driven support and data integrity.

You will work in a collaborative, international environment with opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional coordination in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (C1+).
• Experience handling HR data and processes.
• Ability to document and maintain policies and procedures.
• Strong communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process transactions in HR System as primary recipient of workforce admin processes.
• Act as contact point for German employee lifecycle processes.
• Create documentation to capture knowledge and maintain policies.
• Provide timely, quality support aligned with SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cases with team to meet service levels and track work in the case management system.
• Audit HR system data and analyze results to identify issues.
