QVC Group in Kraków is seeking an HR Services Administrator with German to join our hybrid team on-site three to five times monthly. You will process HR transactions, manage German lifecycle activities, and document policies while ensuring SLA-driven support and data integrity.

You will work in a collaborative, international environment with opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional coordination in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process transactions in HR System as primary recipient of workforce admin processes.
• Act as contact point for German employee lifecycle processes.

• Coordinate cases with team to meet service levels and track work in the case management system.

HR Services Administrator with German

Your Opportunity, Your Team

HR Services Administrator (with German) is part of the front-line data processing and management team. This includes entering, maintaining, processing , auditing, and reporting sensitive People and organizational data, as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational changes. In addition, this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.

Where You'll Work:

• This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on-site at our office at Wielicka 30, Kraków, on average 3-5 times per month.
• On-site days are typically predetermined and driven by business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for analyzing and processing transactions in HR System. Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes
• Acts as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes
• Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of policies and maintains them
• Provide quality support with customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness
  consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed
  within the required service level agreement
• Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case
  management system
• Conduct audits of HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least C1)
• Experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation
  purposes
• Being advocate for the change and promote continuous improvement ideas within
  the team
• Analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
• Excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
