Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior HR Services Administrator with German to join our Kraków team. You’ll deliver and coordinate Germany-focused HR processes, support migration to Poland, and drive process improvements across Workforce Administration in a hybrid work setup.

Fluency in English and German (C1), plus experience in HR operations and case management systems, will help you succeed in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German, both at a minimum C1 level.
• Strong experience in HR operations, workforce administration, or shared services.
• Experience coordinating process transitions or migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support employee lifecycle and workforce administration for Germany.
• Support migration and stabilization from Germany to Poland; identify risks and solutions.
• Plan knowledge transfer and ensure documentation and access for teams.
• Coordinate complex HR transactions; maintain documentation and act as SME.
• Audit HR data, drive corrective actions, standardization, automation, and improvements.
• Build relationships with German teams, Payroll, and stakeholders.
