Job summary

The candidate will work within HR Operations, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Workday, and contribute to high-volume, compliant HR processes while collaborating with a diverse, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems, Communications, Translation and Interpretation or similar.
• Desirable postgraduate or specialization in Human Resources and/or Customer Service.
• Fluent English and German; any additional European language would be a strong asset.
• Experience in HR and/or Customer Service across face-to-face or virtual channels.
• Managing multi-channel customer service platforms (phone, email and chat).
• Experience with customer management tools, Salesforce desirable.
• User-level experience in ERP tools/people management software like Workday desirable.
• Desirable in remote communication channels with global teams, in various languages and formats.

Responsibilities

• Solve requests from customers (Abbott employees globally, focused on region) across at least two of four channels (phone, chat, email, appointments) and in two or more languages, with German and English mandatory.
• Meet and adhere to pre-established schedules; high season from November to March.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through onboarding and ongoing trainings.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses; focus on selected channels or scope of work.
• Collaborate with HR service center teammates to troubleshoot and resolve requests with urgency and efficiency.
• Identify blockages to service quality and share insights with management for improvements.
• Demonstrate strong customer service attitude with clear communication and listening skills.
• Focus on low-complexity, high-volume scope and concierge-style service; manage time effectively.
• Ensure cases comply with Corporate and Compliance standards.
