Job summary

Abbott in Warsaw is seeking an HR Service Center Associate fluent in German to join our multilingual team onsite in Mokotów. You will handle HR inquiries from Abbott employees worldwide using at least two channels, with German and English as mandatory languages.

The role focuses on high-volume, multi-channel service, ensuring accurate and timely responses while upholding Abbott's compliance standards. A Bachelor’s degree and previous HR or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems, Communications, Translation and Interpretation or similar.
• Languages: Fluent English and German; additional European languages are a strong asset.
• Experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Experience with multi-channel customer service platforms (phone, email, chat).
• Familiarity with customer management tools (Salesforce) and ERP tools/people management software (Workday).

Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries from Abbott employees globally via at least two channels.
• Communicate in German and English; manage high-volume service with accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with onboarding, HR processes, and related trainings.
• Provide timely, professional responses and escalate when needed.
• Identify roadblocks and suggest improvements to management.
