Strada Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate with German to support payroll and HR processes from Poland. You will input HR data, validate information, and manage ticket queues while ensuring timely responses to client employees and business partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and German skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR data entry and data validation as defined by standards and contracts.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to meet defined timelines and thresholds.
• Respond to client employee and business partner queries effectively per requirements.
• Provide HRIS navigation support to clients.
• Identify deviations from the standard scope and support change requests.
• Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
