Webfleet in Warsaw seeks a motivated HR & Payroll Specialist (German Speaker) to join the People Operations team. The role handles HR administration and payroll coordination for Germany, South Africa and another European country on a 1-year contract, with remote work options.

The candidate should have international experience, European labour law knowledge, strong communication, and fluency in English and German. Proactive, data-driven and proficient in Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR/payroll role in an international environment.
• Knowledge of basic European labour law and payroll processes.
• Strong communication, client-oriented and collaborative skills.
• Proficient in English and German (written and spoken).
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR administration processes (on/offboarding, data changes, absence management, benefits).
• Provide timely input to monthly payroll and liaise with external payroll provider.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees (Germany, South Africa and another European country).
• Update HR system accurately and provide reports to stakeholders with high data quality.
• Streamline procedures and adopt AI-driven solutions and automation.
