Job summary

Webfleet, Bridgestone’s fleet management solution, is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist (German Speaker) in Warsaw for a 1-year contract. You will handle HR administration, support monthly payroll, and serve as the main contact for employees in Germany, South Africa and another European country.

You will maintain HR data, produce stakeholder reports, and drive process improvements using AI tools. The role requires English and German proficiency and experience in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR/payroll role in an international environment.
• Knowledge of European labour law and payroll basics.
• Strong communication, client focus, proactive and collaborative approach.
• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR administration: onboarding/offboarding, data changes, absence management and benefits.
• Coordinate monthly payroll input and collaborate with external payroll provider.
• Be the first point of contact for employees in Germany, South Africa and another European country.
• Update HR system and generate reports with attention to data quality.
• Improve processes with AI-driven solutions and automation.
