Job summary

Webfleet Solutions B.V. in Warsaw is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist (German Speaker) to join the People Operations and Payroll team on a 1-year temporary contract.

You will manage HR administration, support monthly payroll with our external provider, and be the first point of contact for German, South African, and other European staff. You will drive data quality and continuously improve processes using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR/payroll administration in an international setting.
• Knowledge of basic European labour law and payroll processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive and structured work approach.
• Proficient in English and German (spoken and written).
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR administration processes including onboarding/offboarding, data changes, absence management and benefits.
• Provide timely input to monthly payroll and collaborate with external payroll provider.
• Serve as first contact for employees (Germany, South Africa and other European countries) and maintain relationships.
• Update HR systems accurately and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and adopt AI-driven solutions for efficiency.
