Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a People Experience Partner - Cluster Lead to oversee a co-located team and deliver HR partnering across the cluster. The role remains hands-on in complex people matters and acts as escalation point for the team and HR Business Leaders.

You'll hold a regional practice area, set standards, build capability, manage escalations, and report on service performance to the Regional HR Lead. This is a full-time, office-based leadership role in Poland.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including regional/global partnering.
• Deep expertise in at least one HR practice area (leave management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, or organisation design).
• Experience leading, coaching and developing others, with ability to set priorities and enable on-the-job development.
• Credibility to influence and coach senior leaders and HR Business Leaders across regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a co-located team of People Experience Partners within the cluster.
• Assign Partners to business units ensuring coverage and resilience as priorities shift.
• Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive people matters and provide timely guidance.
