Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Lodz, Poland, seeks a People Experience Partner, Employee Relations to provide expert guidance on employee relations across Europe. You will assess concerns, mitigate risk, and support policy application with privacy and discretion.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 office days per week and at least 10 in-office days monthly. You will partner with HR, PLR, Legal, and business leaders to resolve complex issues, ensure lawful compliance, and maintain confidential case

Qualifications

• Significant employee relations, labor relations, employment law, or related HR partnering experience in a multi-country region.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, performance management, workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and HR policies.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies with local legal requirements and cultural nuances.
• Experience managing complex workplace complaints with fact-based recommendations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify themes and preventive actions.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and coach others on influencing skills.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and high integrity with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex employee relations matters, including complaints, grievances, and disputes.
• Collaborate with People & Labor Relations team and escalate when needed.
• Guide employees and leaders on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through effective communication.
• Maintain confidential case documentation per company requirements.
• Support consistent application of global and local policies and practices.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
