Qualifications

• Six years of progressive HR experience including generalist work.

• Experience in matrixed or global organisations and shared-service HR models.
• Ability to manage complex Tier 2 HR matters with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Operate within Tier 2 HR delivery, coordinating with Tier 0/1 teams.
• Provide people partnership support to leaders and client groups.
• Coach leaders on complex people topics and escalation protocols.
• Implement HR initiatives and ensure joined-up regional support.
• Promote self-service and AI-enabled HR tools to improve efficiency.
