Job summary

Antal Poland is seeking a Senior Customer Service Business Partner fluent in German to join the Supply Chain team in Kraków. You will serve as the main liaison for German-speaking customers, coordinating orders and driving process improvements across Supply Chain and Order Management.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong relationship skills, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. In this customer-facing position, you’ll analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and help

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar role within an international environment.
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in German and English.
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers in Supply Chain and Order Management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high service levels.
Coordinate customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Collaborate with internal teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
Identify potential issues and coordinate solutions to improve performance.
