Antal is partnering with a global manufacturing client to hire a Senior Customer Service Business Partner with German for the Kraków team.

You will be the primary contact for German-speaking customers, supporting Supply Chain and Order Management, and work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Kraków office.

Customer Service Business Partner | German

For our international client, we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Business Partner with German to join the Supply Chain team.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, supporting them across Supply Chain and Order Management processes. At the same time, you’ll work closely with internal business teams to identify process gaps, analyse current ways of working and drive improvements that strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
