Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with German to join our international team in Poland. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders and issues to ensure a high level of service.

You will communicate in German and English, collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance, and support process improvements. A home office option and flexible hours are offered after probation to foster work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work full-time.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage and process customer orders, delivery schedules, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customers with information regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Support issue resolution and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction while building strong customer relationships.
