Job summary

Antal Poland is recruiting a Senior Order Management Specialist with German to join its Supply Chain team in Kraków. You will act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers, oversee orders from entry to delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

This role focuses on improving processes, strengthening customer experience, and driving efficiency across Supply Chain and Order Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain or a similar customer-facing role within an international environment.
• Strong customer focus and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience working with customers and multiple internal stakeholders across different functions.
• Ability to understand and analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and good knowledge of MS Excel would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted partner for both customers and internal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers in all matters related to Supply Chain and Order Management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of service.
• Manage and coordinate customer orders from order entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Work closely with internal teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service and other business functions to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Proactively identify potential supply, delivery or order-related issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Analyse customer and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with the business to implement process improvements and more efficient ways of working.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor relevant customer service and Supply Chain KPIs and support actions to improve service performance.
• Support process changes, new initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain / Order Management area.
• Prepare and analyse data and reports to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
