410 MICHELIN POLSKA SP. Z O.O. is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Assistant with German in Warsaw. The position starts with 100% on-site training for three months, followed by a hybrid work model.

Employment is via a standard contract. The role focuses on servicing customers across Europe and coordinating with sales, procurement, logistics and production teams. You will analyze forecasts, manage orders, plan logistics and resolve issues while developing your German and English language skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work with customers and build long‑term relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2/C1).
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
• Confidence in working with IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and building relationships with business clients (manufacturers of passenger cars, trucks, industrial and agricultural machinery).
• Coordination of daily activities with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics, and production).
• Analysis of customers’ purchasing forecasts.
• Order management and logistics planning.
• Handling and resolving complaints.
