Kennametal is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the German Market to support quotation, order and complaint management processes from Poznan. You will work closely with manufacturing, logistics and sales teams and with regional CSR groups.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or related fields, strong organizational skills, and fluency in German and English. Hybrid work, training from scratch, and stable conditions are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Back Office, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus.
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support Kennametal customers in Germany — by email only.
• Create and check sales documents (order-to-cash processes).
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams in Germany and Barcelona.
• Use SAP, CRM, MS Office and Esker in daily tasks.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude in daily activities.
