Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales administration or back office or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Kennametal customers in Germany — emails only.
• Create & check sales documents (Order to Cash processes).
• Work in partnership with Customer Service Team in Germany and Barcelona.
• Demonstrating a proactive attitude.
