Kennametal Inc. in Poznan is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the German market to join our Shared Services team in Poznan.

You will support German-speaking customers via email, manage quotations, orders and complaints, and collaborate with manufacturing, logistics and sales to deliver accurate documentation and timely responses.

We value precision, proactive communication and the ability to coordinate processes across multiple teams in a structured, international environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, BackOffice, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments.
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support Kennametal customers in Germany via emails only.
• Create and check sales documents in the order to cash process.
• Work with Customer Service teams in Germany and Barcelona.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude.
