Job summary

Creatio, based in Boston with a global footprint, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage strategic enterprise accounts across DACH, Benelux, Nordics from Poland with remote work. You will build trusted advisor relationships and drive value realization with executive stakeholders.

The role emphasizes delivery governance, cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem solving, and sustained account growth in a fast-paced AI CRM environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate segment customers.
• Fluent in English with executive-level communication.
• Experience with CRM / ERP / Core systems / Low Code/No Code solutions / other corporate software.
• Experience of managing or overseeing software implementation projects, or customization of corporate software.
• Strong customer-centric communication and presentations skills; commercial acumen including negotiation and renewal management.
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers of the Corporate & Enterprise segment.
• Act as a trusted advisor of assigned accounts and communicate with them at executive level, including C-level.
• Control and audit delivery processes in implementation projects for Corporate & Enterprise customers; identify early red flags to prevent issues.
• Help customers achieve their desired outcomes through product consulting, value realization, and high ROI.
• Grow the customer's portfolio through zero churn and active cross- and upsales.
