We are looking for a German-speaking Lead Generation Specialist to support VM.PL in acquiring new business opportunities across the DACH market.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and approach potential clients, spark their interest in our services, qualify initial opportunities, and schedule meetings for our experienced Sales Team.
This is not a full-cycle sales position. You will not be responsible for conducting commercial negotiations or closing deals. Instead, your focus will be on the first stage of the sales process: initiating conversations, identifying potential business needs, and successfully handing qualified prospects over to our sales professionals.
You will work with predefined target industries, customer profiles, and market segments. Most of your outreach will focus on companies operating in the German-speaking market, particularly manufacturing businesses and organizations interested in digital transformation, software development, and AI solutions.

We design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions, supporting our clients throughout the entire product lifecycle—from business analysis and solution design to development, implementation, and long-term maintenance.
Our expertise includes digital transformation, manufacturing, logistics, enterprise software, and Artificial Intelligence. Knowledge of Polish is not required. You will work directly with our Marketing and Sales teams, and English will be sufficient for internal communication.
We are not looking for a senior sales professional. What matters most is excellent German communication skills, consistency, the ability to build initial relationships with potential clients, and proven effectiveness in generating qualified meetings.
Performance will be reviewed on a regular basis against previously agreed objectives and KPIs.
The evaluation will consider, among other factors:
The detailed bonus scheme, together with the definition of a qualified lead and a qualified meeting, will be agreed before the cooperation begins.
While we use modern tools, automation, and AI to support our work, every application is carefully reviewed by a real person. Your submission doesn’t end up in a black box – it reaches someone who truly reads your profile and will respond if they see potential for collaboration.
A short conversation with our HR team. It’s a great chance to get to know each other and talk about potential collaboration. We’ll also check your language skills.
You’ll meet the person responsible for the team you’re applying to. We’ll also ask you to complete a short task or case study. You’ll always get feedback from us afterwards. If there’s a lot of interest in the position or the decision is tricky, we might suggest one additional meeting — if possible, held in the office.
