Job summary

VM.PL sp. z o.o in Wrocław is seeking a German-speaking Lead Generation Specialist to support our expansion in the DACH market. Your focus will be identifying potential clients, sparking interest in our software development and AI solutions, and handing qualified opportunities to the Sales Team.

This role is not full-cycle sales; you will conduct cold calls in German, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. You will work with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and maintain accurate outreach

Qualifications

Must have strong German communication skills (C1/C2 or native).
Experience in cold calling and B2B outreach, appointment setting.
Ability to identify needs and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound lead generation campaigns in the DACH region.
Conduct German-language cold calls and establish initial contact with decision-makers.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Team.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and outreach activities.
Report campaign results and KPIs; collaborate with Marketing & Sales.
Onboard in Wrocław and participate in long-term cooperation reviews.
