Job summary

Viktor is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager to drive proactive activation and expansion across a large base of monthly-paying teams. This on-site role sits in our Warsaw office and focuses on expanding usage beyond a single power user.

You will build your own account lists from usage and billing signals, run usage reviews, and carry expansion and save numbers alongside health metrics. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years as a CSM at a usage-based PLG company (SMB/mid-market).
• Data-fluent with usage and billing signals; SQL or Hex-style tooling a plus.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to carry expansion/save numbers.
• AI-native mindset and daily use of AI agents in workflow.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Run proactive activation and expansion plays on a high-volume base.
• Spread usage beyond the power user by identifying additional teammates.
• Build personal account lists from usage and billing signals.
• Carry expansion and save numbers alongside health metrics.
• Provide product feedback from patterns observed in accounts.
