Qualifications

• Fluent German (min B2) and English and Polish at a very good level.
• Proactive approach with a team-player mentality.
• Customer focus and attention to detail.
• Experience in international customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer service in German, primarily in written form.
• Handle financial queries, product questions and contract changes.
• Prepare customer reporting, statements and reconcile accounts.
