Job summary

Worldline in Warsaw is seeking a detail‑oriented data entry and account management professional to onboard and maintain client records in our systems. You will process requests from customers, partners and third parties while ensuring accuracy and compliance with data integrity policies.

Fluency in German and English, plus Polish, is required. You will collaborate with Sales and support teams in a fast-growing, international environment and play a key role in delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Very good verbal and written business communication in German and English.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Organizational and conceptual skills with strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
• Independent processing of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA's and quality requirements.
• Make changes and additions to clients' accounts.
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents and check completed work for accuracy.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Close cooperation with Sales Department.
