You will set up and maintain customer records, gather missing information, and process requests from customers, partners, and third parties in line with SLA and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
• Obtain information for incomplete documents and check accuracy.
• Process requests from customers, partners and third parties per SLA and quality requirements.
• Make changes to clients’ accounts and ensure data integrity.
