Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Business Services Competence Center. You will actively acquire new clients in the DACH markets, build a robust sales pipeline, and promote services in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Business Operations, and HR.

Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions and establishing strong, long-term partnerships with clients. The role requires at least 3 years in B2B service sales, fluent German, strong English, and excellent negotiation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales (Business Development Manager / Sales Manager).
• Fluent in German for collaboration with DACH clients.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare offers and business presentations.
• Dynamic, independent personality focused on achieving sales goals.
• Proactivity and natural ease in building positive business relationships.
• Fluent in Polish and residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquiring new clients in the markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline.
• Promoting and selling Business Services, particularly in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Business Operations, HR Services.
• Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and providing ongoing support for client inquiries.
• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality service at every stage of cooperation.
• Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events (conferences, workshops, webinars).
• Supporting business development by participating in pre-sales processes and closely collaborating with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts.
• Acting in accordance with Sii's mission, business goals, and key values.
