Sii Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Business Services Competence Center to drive sales in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will actively acquire clients, build relationships, and achieve ambitious targets by promoting services in finance, HR, and operations.

Fluent German and very good English are essential, as are strong negotiation and presentation skills. The role emphasizes proactive, autonomous work in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager.
• Fluent in German with ability to collaborate with DACH clients.
• Very good knowledge of English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to prepare offers and business presentations.
• Dynamic, independent with a sales focus and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Generate sales leads and develop the sales pipeline.
• Promote and sell Business Services in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Operations, and HR.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate, finalize contracts, and support client inquiries.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high-quality service throughout cooperation.
• Collaborate with marketing on sales initiatives, conferences, and events.
• Support pre-sales processes and work with delivery teams and experts.
