Next Job Abroad seeks a German-speaking customer support agent to join a world-leading digital app store team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You’ll assist users via phone, live chat, and email, handling account settings, app issues, and digital payments with a friendly, problem-solving approach.

Relocation to Sofia is encouraged, with EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria. The role offers a 40-hour week on rotating shifts, comprehensive onboarding, and long-term career growth within a global CX company.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) plus solid English (B2+).
• Background in customer service, call centers, retail or hospitality.
• EU passport or valid right to work in Bulgaria.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for a long-term move.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift (09:00–22:00).
• Tech-savvy with smartphones, apps and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Help German-speaking users via Phone, Live Chat and Email.
• Address account settings, app download issues and digital payments.
• Provide non-technical, step-by-step guidance using CRM systems.
