Job summary

CB Talents SP is helping a client hire a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia. You will assist German-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone, resolve inquiries, and document interactions.

You should be fluent in German, have good English, and enjoy working in a multicultural setting. Relocation and temporary housing are offered to support your move to Bulgaria.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German, excellent written and spoken skills.
• Good command of English to communicate with international teams.
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and work on-site.
