Qualifications

• EU Passport or valid right to work in Bulgaria

• Tech-savvy with smartphones, apps, and digital platforms

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers via Phone, Live Chat, and Email with account settings, app issues, and payments (Play Store, gPay, Family Sharing, Books & Movies)
• Guide users through problems using CRM systems and knowledge bases
• Maintain friendly communication and convert hiccups into positive customer moments
