Job summary

Next Job Abroad in Sofia is seeking native or near-native German speakers to join its international customer support team. You will help German-speaking users via phone, live chat and email, resolving account issues and payments while living in Bulgaria’s expat hub.

Relocation assistance provided, 40 hours/week on a rotating schedule between 09:00 and 22:00, with a base gross monthly salary of €1,500 plus bonuses and local perks.

Qualifications

Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+)
Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or hospitality
EU Passport or right to work in Bulgaria
Willing to relocate to Sofia for a long-term move
Willing to work 40 hours/week on a rotating shift 09:00–22:00, Mon–Sun
Tech-savvy with smartphones and digital platforms

Responsibilities

Assist German-speaking customers via Phone, Live Chat, and Email with account settings, app download issues, and digital payment features (Play Store, gPay, Family Sharing, Books & Movies)
Non-technical problem solving using CRM systems and knowledge bases
Maintain a friendly communication style to turn hiccups into smooth customer moments
