Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z oo seeks an HR Process & Project Specialist with German to join our Global Capability Centre in Kraków.

You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality HR service delivery within a high-performance culture valuing individuality. The role requires 3+ years in HR service delivery for DACH, fluent German and English (C1), and hands-on experience with HRIS and ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR service delivery dedicated to the DACH cluster.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English (C1).
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, local regulations, and HR end-to-end operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and ticketing tools (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cases across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Act as escalation point for operational bottlenecks, payroll discrepancies, and compliance inquiries.
• Ensure top-tier quality and consistency of HR data and payroll inputs.
• Create, review and optimize SOPs and work instructions across HR streams.
• Bridge documentation with real-world practices and drive HR transformation initiatives.
• Mentor HR Specialists through knowledge sharing and feedback.
• Collaborate with multiple streams to deliver a seamless hire-to-retire experience.
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and internal policies; manage stakeholder relations.
