Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking an HR Process & Project Owner to oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth service delivery from onboarding to separation and compliance with local regulations.

You will challenge existing processes, lead HR projects, and collaborate with D/A/CH teams. Strong German and English communication, HRIS experience, and a passion for process improvement are essential. Hybrid work is offered with the Kraków office.

Formación

• 3+ years in HR service delivery (D/A/CH).
• Experience with ticketing tools and HRIS.
• Knowledge of German HR end-to-end processes.
• Labor law knowledge for DE region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and service delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to separation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and report trends.
• Lead HR projects and process improvements.
• Provide training on processes to the team.
• Resolve complex employee requests and escalations.
