Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is recruiting an HR Process & Project Specialist for the DACH region to join the Kraków Global Capability Centre.

You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality HR service delivery in a high-performance culture. You will collaborate with HR People Partners, Payroll, and local entities; require German and English, HRIS and ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR service delivery for the DACH region.
• Fluent German and English communication (C1).
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR end-to-end operations.

We are looking for an HR Process & Project Specialist to become a trusted advisor for the DACH region. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality HR service delivery within a high-performance culture that values your individuality.

What will your tasks involve?

operational excellence

• take the lead on complex cases: independently manage advanced HR scenarios across the entire employee lifecycle;

• be the ultimate go-to expert: act as the primary escalation point for resolving operational bottlenecks, payroll discrepancies, and compliance inquiries;

• guard our data integrity: ensure top-tier quality and absolute consistency of critical HR data and payroll inputs.

process & quality mastery

• shape the way we work: actively create, review, and continuously optimize SOPs and work instructions across all HR streams;

• bridge theory and practice: ensure our documentation doesn't just look good on paper, but perfectly mirrors real, on-the-ground operational practices;

• drive transformation: play a key role in the successful rollout of process changes and innovative HR solutions.

• empower the team: mentor and support HR Specialists through knowledge sharing, shadowing sessions, and actionable quality feedback;

What we expect from you?

• experience: minimum 3 years of experience in HR service delivery dedicated to the DACH cluster;

• language skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (C1 Level);

• subject matter expertise: strong knowledge of German labor law, local regulations, and German HR End-to-End Operations;

• technical proficiency: hands‑on experience with HRIS and ticketing tools (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow/SNOW). Solid know-how in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

• proven experience in process ownership and design, paired with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
